Behind Rise & Thrive Academy is Dr. Bobbie Battle-Carter, PhD, MSN/Ed, BSN, PHN, RN, a respected nurse educator and healthcare professional whose career spans more than 25 years of clinical practice, higher education, leadership, coaching, and professional development.
Throughout her career, Dr. Bobbie has dedicated herself to helping others discover what is possible when knowledge, preparation, and purpose come together. She has taught, mentored, coached, and inspired nursing students, new graduates, experienced healthcare professionals, and future leaders to pursue excellence with confidence.
Her approach combines academic excellence with practical experience, ensuring every learner gains not only the knowledge to succeed but also the confidence to apply it in real-world healthcare settings.
